Forum improvements

1. allow voting posts without score or karma weighting (add optional "turn off" linkage)
2. allow setting votes on all posts on a thread (initial thread post plus all replies) through cliking once in the final submit button (convert 1 to 5 rating links per post in to select box for all posts, as in surveys)
3. new feature (as in vBulletin): periodic (weekly, by default) summary of activity per forum: unreplied-yet new threads, new replies to old threads (kind of digest of week activity with posts and links on it)

Integration of R-php features into Tiki (for statistics and plotting of scientific data)

1. get the ability to produce such type of graphs from data from tikisheets, or from data in tables such as the ones in r-php, but integrated (perms, autentications, categs., etc) in Tiki.
   • (compare this approach to the one that would come from phpplot support/integration)
2. enable doins statistical analyses from within a tiki enviroment (sheets, graphs, wiki pages to include results in, etc.)
